What are the benefits of Reiki?
Some benefits of Reiki therapy include:

On an emotional level, Reiki can help to release negative emotions and promote feelings of inner happiness and harmony. It is a perfect complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments.

Can Reiki be done on Children?
YES! We have experience with providing sessions for children and they can be extremely beneficial. Clients under the age of 18 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to give signed consent to treatment. They will also be asked to remain present for the duration of the session.

Is Reiki Safe for Cancer patients?
Is it always advised that you consult your doctor before starting any treatments, but generally speaking Yes, Reiki safe for those with cancer. We specialize in working with cancer patients and helping them manage symptoms such as stress/anxiety, fatigue, pain, and nausea. By opening up pathways in the body, Reiki helps to unblock the stressors that are holding you back from optimal health. This gentle and non-invasive treatment truly is complementary therapy that can be used in conjunction with traditional medical treatments.

How effective is Reiki?
While benefits are typically observed in the majority of cases, there can be no guarantees of success in relation to a condition or its treatment. Please note there are no claims for curing illness, yet many clients seem to experience inner calm, grounding and mental clarity as a result of Reiki session. It is important for Reiki recipients to know that they are participating in their own self-healing and that Reiki therapy is just an aid to assist in their journey towards wellness.

Where do the Reiki sessions take place?
The sessions take place in our loft space in Oakville ON. If you would prefer the appointment to be done at your home we can book a Distant Reiki session (virtually through video call), OR we can travel to you and set up the session to take place where you are located. If you are located in Oakville there is no additional travel fee. PLEASE NOTE: There will be there will be an additional $20 travel fee for us to travel to you if you're located in and around the Halton Region or Toronto/GTA. Contact us for more info on where we travel to.

Is there an additional cost for Reiki to be done at my home?
Yes, If you would like us to come to you, there will be there will be an additional $20 travel fee if you're located in and around the Halton Region or Toronto/GTA. Contact us for more info on where we travel to. If you are located in Oakville there is no additional travel fee.

​What if I have to cancel or change an appointment?
You may rebook your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and date. Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel appointments. If a client should miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least a 24 hours’ notice, the client will not receive a refund for the session.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?
The session will be shortened accordingly, appointments will not extend past the originally scheduled appointment end time. Clients will not receive a refund for any portion of their missed appointment time.

What type of payment do you take?
We accept E-transfer payments (or cash, if in-person). E-transfers will be accepted 24hr prior to scheduled appointment time.

Are you covered by Insurance?
Some insurances do cover holistic therapies, you'll have to check with your specific provider.
